Lexis Hibiscus Port Dickson Review

Assalamualaikum dan salam sejahtera semua.

Baru-baru ni (semalam to be exact), we went for a short getaway at Port Dickson. We chose to stay at a hotel named Lexis Hibiscus, Port Dickson.

Sounds familiar? Yesss. This hotel is famously known because it looks like a hibiscus from the sky. Cool!

Harga satu malam untuk satu bilik di Lexis Hibiscus bermula dari harga RM 808 semalam and the prices just go up depending on the season (peak/low) and the type of rooms. Note : Book on their website for a cheaper deal!

Sebelum I cerita pengalaman sepanjang di hotel ini, eloklah saya kongsikan terlebih dahulu jenis-jenis bilik yang terdapat di Lexis Hibiscus. 

Master Layout

As you can see in the master layout, terdapat banyak jenis bilik. Yang paling mahal ialah bilik yang located at the stigma of the hibiscus (I don't know what it is in Malay. Tapi area yang debunga tuu haha), which costs thousands of ringgit. Reason dia mahal : Privacy.

Memang tak dapat dinafikan semua bilik-bilik di Lexis Hibiscus berharga almost 1k jugak, but I will only share the two most preferable rooms among visitors la.

1) PREMIUM POOL VILLA

Skypool villa yang tinggi melangit tu, pool villa yang rumah-rumah atas air tu..

 Jadi apa beza Premium Pool Villa & Sky Pool Villa? 

Premium Pool Villa :

- terletak di atas air

- Perlu naik buggy untuk ke bilik

- Bilik lebih kecil berbanding Sky Pool (size 81 sqm)

-Kurang privacy sebab orang lain boleh nampak kita  berenang-renang. (Especially orang dari tower block di atas)

Sky Pool villa : 

- Terletak di tower block

-Tak perlu naik buggy. Naik lift je.

- Bilik lebih besar berbanding Premium Pool (size 96 sqm)

- Lebih privacy sebab kita yang tengok orang, orang tak nampak kita sangat sebab kita tinggi melangit haha

Persamaan :

- ada private pool

- ada bilik sauna

Mostly lebih kurang je 

After taking into considerations between these two, I decided to go for Sky Pool Villa. No worries, all sky pool villas are facing the sea. So it's going to worth every penny for the view! Haha

Okay, sekarang dah tau sedikit sebanyak tentang Lexis Hibiscus, ayuh baca review I pula.

So we departed quite late, sebab biasalahhh baru nak packing bagai kan. Haha. Since port Dickson is not that far, bertolak lambat sikit pon takpe, sebab check in time dia pon agak lambat.

The check in time was at 4.00 p.m. (it is considered quite late compared to other hotels), but I don't really mind sebab tengok-tengok I pon sampai agak lambat. Hahaha. We arrived at the hotel around 4.30 p.m.

Sampai je hotel, we were welcomed by their friendly staffs. I was a bit blurred la which lane to queue, and suddenly one of their staffs kindly assisted me (with a big smile) to the check in lane (which I did not see earlier). 

While checking in, the front desk staff was also friendly. Haha We received welcome drinks and some cookies in a plastic bag, got 4 pax complimentary drinks and lastly our room keys. 

Oh wait, sebelum tu, deposit kena bagi RM 300 ye. Bila dah nak check out baru dapat balik deposit tu.

So bila dah check in, the bell boy kindly took our luggages (yeah macam nak tidur berhari-hari hahaha) and showed us our room.

Since we did not book at panorama pool villa, so tak perlu la naik buggy. Kitorang naik lift jer haha

Sampai je bilik, I dah warning siap-siap jangan masuk dulu sebab i nak ambil gambar. Hahaha. Kang bersepah dengan bag-bag dah tak authentic pulak gambar tuuuu. huhuhu

So here goes the pictures. Bilik dia memang ada dua king size bed okay! Sesuai untuk family and friends.

 You can see your own private pool just outside your room.

The big flat screen. Probably the TV is 50 inch kot. But quite big!

Kalau rasa macam pool kat bilik tu tak cukup besar, fret not cause di bawah pon ada pool yang lagi besar. Haha. Jom tengok apa yang ada di bawah..

Yang bestnya pool dia ni, swimming time sampai pukul 9 p.m. tau!!!

Kat sini ada playground, pool and also a gym. Antara aktiviti yang boleh dibuat ialah sewa basikal dan pusing-pusing dalam Lexis, or main tiup-tiup belon tu. (Which I did not take pictures)

Lepas dah bergambo-gambo, baru boleh naik atas balik untuk tukaq baju mandi. Nak berdebus dalam swimming pool! hahaha

 Lepas dah penat swimming kat bawah, boleh sambung swimming kat bilik. Tak kira la pagi ke malam ke tengahari ke, gunakan sebaik-baiknya hari anda haha. 

The view is so beautiful that I just can't have enough of it. Selalu rasa nak tengok luar from our balcony sebab cantik sangat! 

So that night, we decided to go out untuk makan. After makan tu kitorang pun jalan-jalan ambil udara segar di malam hari. Ecewahh gituuww

Kat Lexis, ada Hibiscus Walk. Area ni ada macam-macam aktiviti yang korang boleh buat. Malam-malam ada zumba, ada pertunjukan api and happening sangat!

Then kami pun pergi makan kat luar. Around 11 p.m. sampai hotel, tetibe semua dah sunyi sepi. Haha

Dah larut malam ayuhla kita pulang ke kamar.

The next day, you know malas day. Rasa malas nak buat apa-apa tapi memikirkan "we need to make full use of what we have paid", so kitorang pon decided to go swimming (again).

Harini dah nak balik dah. Rasa sedih pulak. Masalahnya tengah sedih, elok pulak di buat tarian "Selamat Jalan" untuk semua yang dah nak check out tu. Huhu So cute..

Lepas dah settle urusan checkout semua, bila sampai kat kereta je, tengok-tengok kereta dah bersih berkilat. Rupanya dia dah carwash kan kereta kita. Aaaaaa terharu sangat!!!

Pros :

- The staffs are very kind. 

- The room is so big and clean.

- The sauna and private pool is super nice!

- I get a free carwash! Haha

- The ambience is so relaxing

- The view is magnificent!

- Suitable for families and friends

- Ada iron (penting!) hahaha

Cons :

- Room too big for couples. So better bawakla family sekali baru berbaloi. Hahaha

- Since this is not an apartment, so pinggan mangkuk of course tak disediakan.

- Check in time terlalu lambat (4 p.m.)

Although it was a short day, overall, I am super duper happy with my stay. I would gladly say that their services are as good as what you have paid for.
