Salam. Harini nak share jo. Pernah tak korang beli tiket flight pastu tetiba tak dapat pulak pergi masa hari departure atas beberapa sebab. Jadi persoalannya, boleh ke refund tiket?
AIR ASIA dan other low cost airlines
Semestinya no refund. Tiket korang kira burn. However, korang boleh claim airport tax lepas tarikh departure tu. Masa untuk proses request korang tu mungkin boleh mengambil masa selama 30 working days bro.
MALAYSIA AIRLINES dan other commercial airlines
Depends pada jenis tiket.
Kalau special promo, normally mmg tak boleh cancel.
Tapi it all depends pada Terms dan Conditions tiket yang korang nak beli tu. Kalau dibenarkan cancel, then it shouldn't be a problem.
